Prior to joining DGC, Joanne managed the Human Resources function at mid to large-size companies in industries including publishing, communications and advertising.

Joanne is a graduate of Fordham University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She is also a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
